TERMS OF SERVICE & REPAIR AUTHORIZATION
I understand that my device may contain personal, confidential, or sensitive data. I authorize technicians to access my device as necessary to diagnose and perform the requested service.
Data Loss: I acknowledge that data loss is possible during diagnostics or repair. I am responsible for backing up my data prior to service. The company is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.
Privacy: If login credentials are provided, I understand they are used solely for repair purposes and will not be retained after service completion.
Pre-Existing Damage: I understand that my device may have pre-existing damage not visible at intake, including internal or liquid damage.
Liquid Damage: Devices with liquid exposure may fail during or after repair due to corrosion or component failure. Liquid damage repairs are not guaranteed.
Risks: I understand that attempting a repair may reveal additional issues or may render the device inoperable due to prior damage or manufacturing defects.
Guarantees: I acknowledge that not all repairs can be guaranteed and that some devices may not be repairable.
Estimates: Estimates are not final until diagnostics are completed. Additional authorization may be required if further issues are discovered.
Payment: I authorize the company to perform diagnostics and approved repairs and agree to pay for all authorized services.
Abandoned Property (30 Days): I understand that devices left unclaimed for 30 days after repair completion or service abandonment may be considered abandoned. Abandoned devices may be disposed of, recycled, or sold to recover service and storage costs, with no further liability to the company.
LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER (30 Days): Repairs are covered by a limited warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise stated.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, software issues, or unrelated component failure.
Security: I understand that failing to remove activation locks or provide access credentials may prevent repair or testing. The company is not responsible for delays or inability to complete service due to account or security restrictions.
